THE ROLE WE NEED

Do you love to write? Do you love thinking about what combination of words will motivate someone, move them to action, or make them feel something? Do you ever think about human behavior… what people want, what holds them back, their aspirations, the problems they face? Do you want to put words on a page and help people live the life God called them to live?

You might be just the Copywriter we need.

Our copywriting team is responsible for just about every word that leaves our agency on behalf of our clients. We write the emails, the ad copy, the blog posts, the website and landing page copy—if they need it, we write it. This role requires a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, deep curiosity, and the grit it takes to start with a blank page and make something powerful. We're a small, agile team, and this role calls for someone eager to solve problems and put in the work to drive results.

As a member of the Creative Team, the Copywriter will be asked to…

• Work collaboratively with clients, account managers, creative directors, project managers, designers, marketing managers, and developers to write copy that finds, convinces, converts, and engages our clients’ audiences.
• Proofread and edit copy with precision and consistency.
• Deliver consistent results across a large spectrum of project types, including but not limited to landing pages, email campaigns, digital advertising, sales collateral, product packaging and descriptions, direct mailing pieces, and social media.
• Be a fount of creativity who builds the creative reputation of our agency.

THE PERSON WE NEED

The right candidate for the Copywriter position will be…

• A clear, energetic, and empathetic communicator
• A creative writer fascinated by human behavior and skilled at moving audiences to action
• Passionate about the Catholic faith, with a deep desire to help people come to know Jesus and his Church
• Comfortable managing numerous projects and tasks at once
• A highly collaborative and coachable person who desires feedback, peer review, and creative direction
• Committed to ongoing personal and professional growth
• Humble and aware of their deep goodness and dignity as a beloved child of God

And the right candidate will have…

‍

• Experience in marketing writing or content creation is a plus, but not required
• An ability to balance quality, time, and budget to produce the best possible work on every project
• Diligence, attention to detail, and a drive to work hard in order to serve our clients and the Kingdom of God well
• Professional experience working with brand messaging frameworks, brand books, or similar
• An unwavering peace rooted in their Catholic identity
