SoulCore is a Marian apostolate that integrates the prayers of the Holy Rosary with core strengthening, mobility, and functional movements to nourish both body and soul. A spiritually wholesome alternative to yoga, it fills a void in the lives of Catholics looking to improve their physical and spiritual health. The SoulCore team aspires to lead every participant closer to Christ and his Mother.


The Problem

The SoulCore movement became a nationwide hit! Yet the rapid expansion of the program—while a blessing—meant an inevitable expansion in administrative and fulfillment needs. The more these implementation needs increased, the less the small SoulCore team could attend to their core mission.
